Well, I just decided to put PR2 up here because this is also one of my favorite games! Enjoy! :)
There's just one problem with this PR2... The level editor doesn't work so well. This is more for just playing the game itself. If you want to edit a level or make one, go to the Normal Platform Racing 2 section! Thanks!
